Jan. 7th, 2012 06:07 pmWho: Skyfire and Altman
What: :|
Where: Singularity
Warnings: It's more porn.
It's not rare for him to take refuge in the quietness and organization of Michael Altman's house, but each time he sets foot there he feels very much like a bull in a china shop. More so, around Altman himself. He knows the man is far from comparable to something so breakable, but he still feels fragile to Skyfire. Not in the physical sense, but in a much deeper meaning.
He knocks to announce himself and then lets himself in with a scanner to the right of the knob.
He's not certain if Michael is even home, he knows he's taking a risk with the man's distaste for uninvited guests, but with all the chaos going on in the station (Albeit plesant chaos, for him at least) he has been driven to take himself and his studies to the comfort of an isolated environment.
There he sits at the table, spreading his work out on holopads and a projection from his wearable. He maps the observed trajectories of the recent cosmic bodies outside of the station and the planet below, hoping to find some trace of a clue as to where they were in the universe.

It should be obvious, if he bothered to look a little closer at what Skyfire has in front of him, but it's as good a conversation starter as any.

Date: 2012-01-08 03:49 am (UTC)"Just trying to figure out where we are. I think I've found a batch of comparable solar systems in a few hundred... galaxies."
He sighs, putting down the holopad. Just saying it aloud is enough to deter him from trying right now. It'd have been so easy if he were still a cybertronian. If he had some of his own technology.
He quickly decides that hooking an arm around Michael and pulling him down onto his lap is far less exhausting.
"Would you like to help?"

Date: 2012-01-08 04:24 am (UTC)Being tugged into Skyfire's lap cements the fact that no, he's not intruding, and Altman almost immediately relaxes against him. Here, at least, he's comfortable.
"I don't know how much help I'd be. I'm more studied in dirt than I am stars."
Which means he's... pretty much useless, given their current situation. Not much use for a geophysicist on a space station.
"I've got files on Asphodel, if those are of any use."

Date: 2012-01-08 04:51 am (UTC)"Well, actually you'd be plenty use. If you can analyze some of the meteorite fragments from Asphodel and compare the composition of those to that of Earth, we might be able to get some kind of a-"
He pauses, searching for the correct human phrasing.
"Some kind of a sports... playing... facility," He squints, feeling that is inaccurate, but he dismisses it with a shake of his head.
"Either way, a geologist is a vastly more valuable asset than a physicist in this case."

Date: 2012-01-12 07:11 am (UTC)"We'd have to get our hands on those fragments first, but maybe."
It's a possibility, at least. Altman snorts softly, squirming slightly in Skyfire's arms.
"I think the word you're looking for is ballpark, by the way. How long have you been looking at this info?"

Date: 2012-01-13 11:09 pm (UTC)A part of him almost takes a bit of terrible pleasure in working Michael over with his hands until he's told to stop. He likes watching him get flustered and put his foot down.
"I think I would rather enjoy a break, though," He says, making it abundantly apparent he's much more interested in kissing and fooling around than his research.

Date: 2012-02-02 04:58 am (UTC)With a long-suffering sigh he wriggles in Skyfire's lap until he's able to turn and straddle his lap, throwing his arms around his shoulders and turning his face up for proper kisses.
"I don't think a break would hurt."

Date: 2012-02-02 05:37 am (UTC)It surprises him, the sudden change in approach. The former cybertronian arches a brow and leans into the kisses, ruffling his fingers through Altman's hair.
This is a decidedly nice position, the human is smaller and fits easily in his lap- in his arms.
"You're rather forward today."
As if he's one to talk.

Date: 2012-02-02 06:01 am (UTC)He'd been enjoying himself, but... called out on it, he loses some of his steam as self-consciousness sets in. He's still slightly unsure of himself and where he stands in this whole... 'situation' he has going on with the cybertronian.
"I--" he starts then stops, goes slightly red, then starts again, "I guess so. Is that... a bad thing? I can, um. Stop, if you'd like?"

Date: 2012-02-02 06:08 am (UTC)"No- no. I like it when you are bold. You should be this way more often," Coming from one doormat to another, it's not surprising, "I find it very attractive, actually."
He plants a kiss idly behind the man's ear, hand pressing lightly against his chest, the other pulling at the small of his back, sliding him closer.
"Not that I don't find you attractive all the time..."

Date: 2012-02-02 06:23 am (UTC)"I still have no idea what I'm doing."
It's a lame excuse and he knows it. Still, any worry he may still have it's not stopping him from scooting closer, seeking Skyfire's lips out for another kiss.
"But I, um. Find you attractive too," he admits it quietly, as if that would make it any less awkward. Any less gay.

Date: 2012-02-02 06:34 am (UTC)"Don't worry. I think if I loved you any more I might explode."
The land at the small of his back ventures lower, squeezing faintly.
"You find me attractive? I would be worried if you did not, given how much we kiss."
He quickly goes back to find that spot behind Altman's ear again that gave such a nice reaction, kissing at it playfully.

Date: 2012-02-02 06:50 am (UTC)"I-I thought it was something I should say--" he's cut off by a sudden burst of laughter, which he quickly smothers into something that sound suspiciously like giggles, and another shiver.
"Skyfire, that tickles." And feels rather nice.

Date: 2012-02-02 08:34 am (UTC)Though his motives go just slightly deeper. He seems to be interested in pushing his hips against Altman's. Perhaps unconsciously, perhaps not. Maybe not- especially when he does it more deliberately.
Arms stay looped around him to keep him there. As if the playful aside will be enough to distract him.

Date: 2012-02-02 09:18 am (UTC)At first he's too distracted to notice what Skyfire's doing, but when he does there's a noticeable shift in his body language. He goes tense, his hands going to Skyfire's shoulders before he can stop himself, stiff and uncertain. For a moment it looks like they've gone out of his depth, that this is it, Altman's about to say no--
Then he slowly, carefully, rolls his hips down against Skyfire's.

Date: 2012-02-06 03:13 am (UTC)In the meantime he goes back to something they've already explored plenty, sliding his hands up Altman's shirt to brush his fingertips over his chest and belly, eventually pushing his shirt up and over his head, tossing it carelessly top the floor before assaulting his collarbone with kissing.
He likes how the man looks, he knows that Michael is self-conscious about the scars and pockmarks that cover his body from torture and his harrowing experiences. Skyfire always tries his utmost to look on him with nothing but adoration- which is simple, because the scars don't bother him. The only thing that bothers him is thinking of the human in any kind of pain of distress.
